Do I have to take my Porsche to the dealer for service?
No. Federal law allows you to have maintenance done at any qualified independent shop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as it's done on schedule with the correct parts and fluids. We follow Porsche service intervals, use Porsche-approved oils and OEM or OE-grade parts, and give you itemized records. Warranty and recall repairs are still handled by the dealer.
How often does a Porsche need an oil change?
Porsche's factory interval for most modern models is about every 10,000 miles or once a year, whichever comes first. Many enthusiasts change oil more often if the car sees track days, short trips or lots of heat. We use oil on Porsche's approved list and can recommend an interval that fits how you drive.
Can you service a Porsche PDK transmission?
Yes. We service PDK, Tiptronic and manual Porsche transmissions, including fluid service at the factory interval and diagnosis of rough, delayed or slipping shifts. Many PDK complaints are solved with fluid service, software adaptations or a sensor fix, so we diagnose before recommending any major repair.
What is an Interchiller and can you install one on my Porsche?
An Interchiller uses the car's air conditioning circuit to chill the intercooler fluid, which lowers intake air temperatures. Cooler, denser air reduces heat soak and helps a boosted engine make more consistent power, especially in hot weather or repeated pulls.
