What is the difference between Mercedes-Benz A-Service and B-Service?
A-Service is the lighter visit: synthetic oil and filter, fluid top-offs, tire and brake checks and a service-indicator reset. B-Service adds a cabin air filter, brake fluid exchange and a more detailed inspection. Most Mercedes models alternate between the two about once a year or roughly every 10,000 miles, depending on what the dash reminder shows. We perform both at our Oxnard shop.
Will servicing my Mercedes at an independent shop void the warranty?
No. Federal law lets you have maintenance done at any qualified shop without voiding your factory warranty, as long as it is done on schedule with the correct parts and fluids. Can you fix Mercedes AIRMATIC air suspension?
