How do your fleet rates work?
Fleet work at Dieter's Motors is billed at a reduced labor rate compared with retail. Call (805) 485-1575 and ask for Joel to set up an account. We confirm your rate up front, so every estimate after that already reflects it, and fleet accounts also get priority scheduling and consolidated invoicing.
How many vehicles do I need for a fleet account?
Fewer than you might think. If you run vehicles commercially, ask us — small two- and three-truck outfits, owner-operators and contractors get fleet treatment here, not just large companies. Call and ask for Joel to see what fits your business.
Do you do Clean Truck Check testing for fleets?
Yes. Dieter's Motors is an official CARB Clean Truck Check (HD I/M) test station. The test is $99 per vehicle and done at our Oxnard shop by a certified technician. If a truck fails, we diagnose and repair DPF, NOx sensor, SCR/DEF and exhaust faults here, and fleet accounts get compliance-deadline reminders.
What kinds of fleet vehicles do you service?
